Definitions

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Matters not covered by the Terms and Conditions shall be regulated by the legislation of Georgia. In the event of a dispute, the case shall be examined by the common courts system of Georgia, in accordance with the procedure established by law.

The invalidity of a specific clause in the Terms and Conditions does not render other provisions of the Terms and Conditions invalid.
