Prime Square is a development company founded on the extensive experience and technical expertise of the construction company Alumet. Since 2009, Alumet has been operating in Georgia’s construction market and has established itself as one of the leading companies in the field of facade systems. Its portfolio includes more than 200 successfully completed projects, encompassing the integration of energy-efficient doors and windows, ventilated facades, and modern thermal insulation systems into properties developed by the country’s leading developers.

It is precisely on the foundation of this experience, engineering precision, and culture of quality management that Prime Square was established — a developer whose work is built on creating long-term value and pursuing responsible urban development.

Starting in 2025, the company is developing a modern 14-story mixed-use residential complex in Tbilisi, which combines comfortable residential apartments, commercial and office spaces, as well as underground parking infrastructure. The project’s concept is based on high energy-efficiency standards, functional planning principles, and architecturally considered design solutions.
